The Hollywood Burlesque Festival was founded in 2013 by LA Burlesque legend Lili VonSchtupp. The festival debuted in 2013. Previous Hollywood Burlesque Festival titleholders include April Showers, Egypt Blaque Knyle, Foxy Lexxi Brown, Matt Finish, and Tito Bonito.  The festival is currently run by veteran performer and producer Miss Spent Youth.
